Shane Spargo is a great contractor. We had an RV port with power, water, clean out built in 2021. It has an attached workshop. He had great workers and helped us plan. We added a very large concrete patio with a retaining wall and a new, wider driveway to our 50’s brick rancher. He is honest and responsive. We would use him again!

Expert Accessory Dwelling Unit Construction in Lake Wylie, SC
An accessory dwelling unit adds a fully separate living space to your existing property. Spargo Construction Management handles ADU construction for homeowners in Lake Wylie, Clover, York, Rock Hill, Fort Mill, and Indian Land. Whether you want a detached backyard cottage, an attached in-law suite, or a converted space above a garage, we build to meet York County's zoning and building code requirements. Properties near Lake Wylie carry specific site plan requirements, including topography documentation tied to the 570-foot elevation line. York County also limits each lot to one ADU, and the unit must remain secondary in size to the primary home. We work through those requirements from the start so your project moves through plan review without surprises. If you want space for family, a rental unit, or a dedicated guest space, an ADU is a practical way to add value to your Lake Wylie area property. Contact us to talk through your lot and your goals.
